Campbell Construction Co is an Australian family Insurance Builder seeking a talented Systems and Operational Development Manager with an aim of ensuring all stakeholder feedback is systematically captured, analysed, and translated into well designed process improvements that enhance service quality, efficiency, and employee and customer experience.
Campbell Construction Co are proudly partnered with Australian leading insurance companies, brokers and loss adjusters to deliver high-quality repairs across SE Queensland, Darwin, WA and Northern NSW.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing
The role acts as the "voice of customer and staff" within the business and drives change and ensuring the core operational platform, Prime, is embedded and being used to its full capability across CCC to enable the outcomes required for business success. This is a senior-level role focused on system and process capability, execution, and enablement rather than direct people leadership. Some responsibilities will include;
* Systems implementation and usability lift
* Work closely with operational leaders and team members to redesign workflows, procedures, and hand offs to remove waste, reduce errors, and improve operational KPIs.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, complaints, process performance to measure the impact of changes.
* Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with customers, clients and frontline staff to validate issues, codesign solutions, and build ownership of new ways of working.
What You'll Bring
* Extensive experience in operational management—preferably within construction, property or general insurance.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and external partners.
* Deep understanding of the insurance and building industries.
* Strong experience in system ownership, operational systems, or platform enablement roles.
