Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, you will work as an integral part of a team on a shift pattern, responsible for the day-to-day preparation, production, and dispatch of physical (paper-based) customer communications.

Why is this an exciting opportunity?
As a Production Operator in Computershare Communication Services (CCS), you will work as an integral part of a team on a shift pattern, responsible for the preparation, production, and dispatch of physical customer communications.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm.
You will operate specialised production equipment including, but not limited to:
Digital printing on high-speed continuous inkjet presses Cut-sheet digital printing on toner and inkjet production printers Manual and automated booklet making High and medium speed mail enclosing equipment Manual hand sorting and enclosing Guillotines and cutting equipment You will work in an environment where maintaining a high level of discipline and accuracy is essential, with processes and quality control methods integral to our culture and service, focused on meeting client expectations and KPIs.

You should use your strong organisational and planning skills, along with excellent communication, to excel in this role and build strong internal relationships.
Key skills include:
Operating production equipment and systems according to manufacturer guidelines Achieving scheduled output figures aligned with daily targets Ensuring 100% reconciliation of all output to meet compliance and customer requirements Demonstrating safe working practices Producing quality products in line with equipment specifications, ISO 9001:2018 procedures, and work instructions Essential experience
No formal educational qualifications required beyond the ability to read and write in English, as the role involves reading detailed information High accuracy and attention to detail Flexible approach to tasks and working hours with a productive mindset Strong verbal communication skills, including interpreting instructions Computer literacy Rewards designed for you
