About The Role
The Aboriginal Mental Health Clinician functions within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing the coordination of recovery for Aboriginal people with mental illness or disorder. The role involves providing expert clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers, and other care providers, using an integrated and person-centred approach.
Key skills include experience in Mental Health Care and an interest in working within the community.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, based in Dubbo within the Dubbo Mental Health Team.
The role offers the opportunity to work within the community, meet new patients, and see positive outcomes from interventions.
Good communication skills are essential to network with other services within Wellington.
