Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive the success of our club. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
You will have a broad range of responsibilities across all facets of the business, from managing a team of Personal Trainers/Trainees to maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the club. Your goal will be to create a vibrant, fun and positive club culture that fosters engagement and loyalty among members.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example and take ownership of the club's success
* Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
* Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
* Develop and implement effective marketing and sales plans
* Manage a team of Personal Trainers/Trainees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the club
* Ensure processes and guidelines are followed at all times
Requirements
* Proven sales experience and ability to drive results
* Fitness industry experience with a strong understanding of customer service principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, members and external stakeholders
* A passion for fitness, health and wellness with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences
* Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving set targets and objectives
* Ability to plan and follow a schedule when required, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
* Well-presented and professional with a friendly personality and likeable disposition
* Ability to learn and follow new systems and processes, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment
