Parks & Gardens Field Worker – Immediate Start
Location: Various sites across Southeast Queensland
Rate: $43.04 per hour (Casual)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:15am – 3:15pm
Type: Temporary /Casual (Initial 6‑week duration with potential extension)
Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Field Workers to join our client's outdoor maintenance team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, value consistency, and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of public spaces across Southeast Queensland.
About the Role
You will be working as part of a team completing a range of outdoor maintenance tasks, including:
• Lawn mowing and brush cutting
• Litter collection and general site tidying
• Operating backpack blowers
• Assisting with general maintenance duties
• Driving an MR crew truck (if licensed)
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
• A valid C Class Driver's Licence
• MR Truck Licence (preferred but not essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Physical fitness to pass a pre‑employment medical
• Ability to complete a P2 respirator mask fit test
• Clean Criminal History and Drug & Alcohol screening
• Reliable transport to reach various depots by 6:15am
