About the roleThe Associate Director, Library Learning and Academic Skills will play a pivotal role in leading the design, delivery, and enhancement of academic support services for students across coursework and graduate research programs. Working closely with the Teaching and Learning Innovation leadership team, this role will drive the development of innovative services aimed at improving students' scholarly, digital, and language skills.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, Teaching and Learning Innovation, the role will drive initiatives aligned with the University's Advancing Students and Education Strategy and Widening Participation Agenda. A key focus will be overseeing service models, metrics, and staff development while contributing to strategic decisions, policy development, and the transformation of teaching and learning services across the University.
Your responsibilities will include:You will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in delivering exceptional service provision, using data to drive continuous improvement, and translating strategic plans into actionable outcomes. With outstanding communication and presentation skills, you will manage diverse stakeholder groups and advocate for business value, aligning impact with organisational strategy while contributing to its development.
