As part of their ongoing growth, they're looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join the team in a role that blends financial rigour with commercial insight.
The Role
Reporting into an experienced finance leader, this Management Accountant role supports both day-to-day reporting and broader strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, helping to drive financial performance and process improvement across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Month-end reporting, analysis, and financial reconciliation
Partnering with teams across operations, HR, and compliance functions
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Identifying performance trends and recommending improvements
Contributing to internal reporting tools, systems upgrades, and controls
Assisting with audit and compliance activities
Providing commercial insight to support informed business decisions
Skills and Experience
Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance (CA/CPA ideal but not essential)
Experience in a broad finance or management accounting role
Confident in handling large data sets and driving reporting accuracy
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across functions
High attention to detail with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
Previous exposure to operational environments or multi-site businesses is beneficial
