Media sales professionals we have TWO exciting opportunities for you. Our client is a leading travel lifestyle magazine currently recruiting a passionate and results-driven Senior and Junior Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team in Sydney. Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of premium media channels, platforms, and digital assets. This role involves building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering strategic, creative advertising solutions that align with our client goals both nationally and internationally. Your ability to negotiate, present compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in media sales or related industries will be highly valued, though a strong drive and eagerness to learn are equally important. Your Responsibilities Maintain a strong market presence (including face-to-face meetings) to build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring mutual objectives are met Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by acquiring new advertisers and retain relationships with existing clients Develop creative, timely proactives that generate new advertising opportunities Negotiate and manage entertainment sponsorships with valued client partners Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery Ensure accurate booking schedules and conduct post-campaign analysis Track revenue progress and report against targets Mentoring a coordinator by monitoring performance against targets and KPIs, provide training where required Meet individual, team, and company KPIs consistently and monthly and quarterly revenue targets To be successfully considered in these roles you will have : 2 years experience working in Media sales Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships within the media landscape Ability to create, respond and confidently present to briefs and proposals, including well-structured documentation for briefs and proactive proposals Experience in a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities. Note, a hunter mindset is crucial. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with strong prioritisation, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-changing environment.
