About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you'll be the friendly face of the hotel during the overnight shift — ensuring a smooth and secure guest experience while balancing the day's financial transactions. You'll play a key role in maintaining the presentation, safety, and professionalism of our property after hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
* Complete nightly audits, reports, and reconciliations in RMS.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas throughout the hotel. This includes regular high-contact cleaning of public areas and touchpoints.
* Liaise with Reception, Housekeeping, and Management teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Ensure the security of guests and the property during overnight hours.
* Perform small maintenance or cleaning tasks as required.
* Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
About You
* We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding service, thrives working independently, and can think on their feet.
* Previous experience in Night Audit or Front Office roles.
* Proficiency in RMS property management system and handling reservations.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Professional presentation and telephone etiquette.
* Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Local knowledge of Mandurah and surrounding regions.
* Basic maintenance or cleaning experience.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
