* ASAP Start - Must start by Monday 16/3
* $33 - $38 per hour - dependent on experience (3 months with Pearl Recruitment with the potential to transition over to the client's books on a Permanent basis, dependent on operational requirements at the time, with a great salary on offer!)
What will this position entail?
This role will see you taking on a variety of responsibilities where you will learn how to time manage and organise, completing the below job duties:
* Greeting customers and clients as they enter
* Answering incoming calls from clientele
* Data entry
* Assisting with compliance, scanning and cropping of documentation
* Maintain meeting rooms and common areas to a great standard
* Stocktake and ordering of office stationery and kitchen consumables
* Any other general administrative tasks where required

How can I be successful?
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:
* Previous experience working in an Administrative / Receptionist capacity
* Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic
