**About the Role:**
The role we are seeking to fill involves general administration duties, including filing and archiving documents. It also requires serving as a first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, and addressing inquiries.
This position also involves diary management, scheduling meetings, and undertaking the onboarding process for new and existing clients.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is highly organised and able to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities:
* General admin and ad hoc duties
* Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming clients and handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate advisor
* Diary management including scheduling meetings
* Undertake the onboarding process for new and existing clients, including updating banking and contact information, and assisting with the completion of application forms
