**About the Role**:
- Take charge of financial processing, including accurate data entry, preparing payments to suppliers and refunds to students, as well as reconciling commission payments to agents.
- Streamline procurement and purchase order processes by preparing and processing orders, managing goods/service receipting, and releasing purchase orders.
- Efficiently oversee office and equipment management tasks, such as coordinating phone services, managing laptop and mobile borrowing schemes, and conducting annual asset/equipment stocktakes.
- Provide reliable administrative support by organising seating plans, handling document archiving, ordering office supplies, and coordinating facility maintenance requests.
- Provide administrative support in debt management, assisting with tasks such as issuing reminder notices, processing fee waivers, and facilitating payment plans to assist individuals and families facing financial hardship.
- Provide HR and payroll administration support, including maintaining accurate and complete HR records, collecting and processing timesheets and assisting with payroll verification.
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, processing related documentation, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and organising employee files and access to relevant data and programs.
