Job Title: Senior Pharmacy Manager
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Kwinana Town Centre, Western Australia. As the Senior Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our day-to-day pharmaceutical operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication management.
About the Role:
* Oversee the overall operation of the pharmacy, including staff supervision, workflow management, and inventory control
* Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients on the safe and effective use of medications
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
* Promote a positive and customer-focused work environment
Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills and be able to mentor and develop a high-performing pharmacy team. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 1 year's experience, preferably in a similar senior pharmacy manager role
* Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia is required at time of application
* In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and regulatory requirements
