Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
* A passion for luxury hospitality and an instinct for creating meaningful human connections
* Experience or exposure to front office operations (hotel or hospitality setting preferred)
* Strong communication and emotional intelligence
* A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solver's mindset
* Ability to stay composed and agile in a fast-paced environment
* Confident with hotel systems (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office
* Flexibility across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
