We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting for hospital staff across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hospital staff
* Monitor helpdesk systems, logging, and tracking all support requests and incidents
* Prioritise and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
* Work collaboratively with other IT support team members to resolve complex issues
* Follow hospital IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a helpdesk or IT support role with a strong technical foundation
* Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve hardware and software issues
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and tracking tools used for managing IT requests
* Able to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users
* Proficiency in helpdesk systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
