About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will deliver a warm and professional welcome, manage reception duties, and provide critical support to our sales team by assisting with listing and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and managing a busy reception area
* Answering phone and email enquiries in a professional manner
* Assisting with contract preparation, processing, and compliance
* Supporting the sales team with administration tasks
* Managing office supplies and general day-to-day office coordination
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Enjoys working in a team environment but can also work independently
* Has strong computer skills
* Brings a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Has administration experience (essential)
* Real Estate experience is not required but will be highly regarded
