Role Overview
Our Busy Melbourne Real Estate Team is seeking a motivated, driven and enthusiastic lawyer who is keen to grow in a high‐performing supportive property practice. You will work closely with three partners and an experienced collaborative team on a broad range of commercial property matters, with genuine client contact including:
* Sales and acquisitions (commercial and agricultural land)
* Leasing (commercial, retail and industrial)
* Off the plan development and sales
* Urban development projects
In this role you will be exposed to a range of high‐net‐worth and established clients including managed investment fund managers, commercial land owners, residential and commercial developers with direct client contact. The firm offers a supportive and friendly working environment to develop as a junior lawyer with mentoring from highly regarded partners. You will be supported to build your technical skills and confidence as a trusted advisor.
About You
* Between 1‐2 years PQE experience in property law (commercial firm experience preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptionally high attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
* Well organised and able to meet deadlines
* Experience with PEXA and Duties Online
* Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
* A team player willing to collaborate with the broader team
