Job Title: Organisational Development Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to help deliver strategic people outcomes through the design, development, implementation and evaluation of people projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in organisational development and change management, with experience in leading project and change management for major people initiatives managing end-to-end project delivery, developing communication and engagement plans, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver strategic organisational development initiatives including leadership development, culture programs, workforce planning, performance frameworks, and capability-building activities for leaders and teams.
* Lead project and change management for major people initiatives managing end-to-end project delivery, developing communication and engagement plans, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working across Council.
* Engage, advise and influence stakeholders at all levels consulting with leaders, HR partners, and external providers to understand needs, provide expert OD advice, and build change readiness while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.

* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for clear and concise advice.
