So, we have something kind of exciting going on right now SOCM - Owners Corporation Managers - a job opportunity :)

In short;
- Salary circa $100-110k base, plus professional services earnings (2.2 split)
- Office car parking.
- Hybrid working hours and some broad flexibility to put you in a position to succeed for yourself, your clients and for the business.
- No company mobile - we don't want your clients confusing you for their bestie who is there 24/7. You'll be there 9-5.
- Familiarity with Urbanise is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Catered lunch once per week in office, use of the business's Uber account for any work-related travel.
- A portfolio of 7 buildings. We allow that this may become 8, possibly 9, but no more. Circa 650 lots, a mix of tier 1 and 2, and 1x tier 3.
- Support ranging from staff-leadership, to assistant manager, to general admin, to accounts, IT - the works.
