About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience.
* You will work with clients and families to identify and meet care goals, develop and maintain comprehensive assessments to ensure client safety and care needs met.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical support to our clients, collaborate with support workers to deliver exceptional care in the community.
* Work with clients and families to identify and meet care goals, develop and maintain comprehensive assessments.
* Coordinate provision of nursing care, including assessments, wound management and liaison with healthcare teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* AHPRA Registration
* Recent nursing/clinical experience or evidence of a refresher course
* Effective communication, interpersonal, computer and organisational skills
* Initiative and desire to continually improve client care
* Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes
