In this phone-based role, you'll manage maintenance programs for our fleet customers, ensuring safety, cost control and excellent customer service.
You'll authorise and oversee repairs, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, and apply your technical expertise to keep vehicles on the road and performing at their best.This role is a great opportunity for a qualified mechanic wanting to move off the tools and out of the workshop into an office-based role, using your trade knowledge in a customer-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesProduct Diagnostics in collaboration with suppliersAuthorise and manage repairs to get vehicles back on the road quickly and cost-effectivelyProvide expertise as a Maintenance SME for Commercial vehiclesMaintain good relationships and communicate with key Account ManagersReconciliation of issued work authoritiesEnsure accurate maintenance coding in the ERP systemAbout youBring your mechanical know-how and analytical skills to an office-based role where no two days are the same
