Marketing Coordinator – Hardgoods Events
Myer is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to provide day-to-day support in the coordination and execution of Myer's home campaigns across Home Sweet Home and Weekly Home activity, in addition to seasonal campaign support and other ad-hoc Home campaigns.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordination and trafficking of campaign briefs, creative assets and internal approvals.
Maintain campaign timelines, status documents and support the Marketing Manager in keeping stakeholders updated.
Coordinate the rollout of promotional activity across digital channels, social, app, eDM and in-store (e.g., POS, signage), under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
When required, liaise with colleagues in other cross-functional teams to supply quality hardgoods assets to be integrated in other channels such as online and digital marketing or within larger brand campaigns like Father's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Support campaign wrap-ups and assist in gathering campaign performance data and insights.
Support communication between the marketing team and merchandise teams to ensure campaign inputs and approvals are aligned.
About you
1-2 years' experience in a marketing support, coordination or administrative role.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
Confidence managing multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or campaign workflow tools a plus.
Experience in retail, media or marketing agency environments.
Knowledge of promotional campaigns or retail sales events.
