An opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist/Practice Manager to join our friendly team.
This position, within a professional dental environment requires applicants with excellent presentation and communication skills, a mature, flexible approach and a willingness to learn.
A view to long term commitment to this role is required.

We are situated close to buses and light rail. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays by appointment.
The role:
To be successful in the Role we ask you have:
Experience working front desk of a dental practice.
Practice management experience.
Administration, accounts and customer service experience.
Knowledge of Dental for Windows, Microsoft Office, Eftpos and Hicaps.
I.T knowledge.
Patient coordinator experience.
Experience in human resources and staff management.
Payroll and Xero experience.
Rostering knowledge.
Stock ordering for clinical and admin areas.
About you:
Willingness to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm
Exceptional time management.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple appointment books and ensure patient retention.
Ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Immediate start.
Renumeration to be negotiated based on experience.
