The Role
We're looking for a full time Sous Chef, Prep Chef, Commis or Demi Chef to join our production kitchen team. This is a prep-heavy role in a relaxed, no-service-pressure environment, perfect for someone with speed, precision and exceptional knife skills.
What you'll do:
* Large-volume prep work, confident knife skills
* Batch cooking (cooking as per standard recipe cards)
* Maintain food safety, hygiene standards and show pride in your kitchen
* Rotate between morning (6am–2pm) and afternoon (1pm–9pm) shifts over 7 days (normally Mon–Sat, occasional Sundays)

About you:
* Experience as a Sous Chef, Prep Chef, Commis or Demi Chef (3 years minimum)
* Exceptional knife skills and speed in prep
* Passion for healthy, nutritious food
