IT Operations Platforms Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Platforms Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, development, and continuous improvement of our core operational platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience leading platform administration and enhancement, with a strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB Data Models, and platform integrations. They will also possess excellent technical leadership skills, including the ability to provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow.
The IT Operations Platforms Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our platforms support our organisation's strategic objectives, deliver reliable services, and enable business innovation. This includes leading and managing the administration, enhancement, and technical roadmap for ServiceNow and APM platforms, as well as providing technical guidance to ensure solution designs meet organisational standards.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience leading platform administration and enhancement (ServiceNow essential).
* 5+ years' experience within an ITIL-aligned environment (ITIL certification desirable).
* ServiceNow Advanced System Administration training/certification.
* Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB Data Models, and platform integrations.
* Proven experience leading teams (including outsourced/offshore).
