Excavator/Loader Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Excavator / Loader Operator to join our team at our landscaping and materials yard based in Townsville, North Queensland.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating machinery and working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating excavators and loaders to move, sort, and load materials
* Loading customer trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised yard environment
* Supporting day-to-day site operations as required
About You
* Excavator and/or front-end loader experience
* Relevant machinery tickets preferred but not essential for the right candidate
* Comfortable working outdoors and performing manual tasks when required
* Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers
* Reliable, punctual and safety focused
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Current driver’s licence (essential)
