Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
* Sales Operations and Data Integrity
o Master File Ownership: Take full ownership of the Sales Master file, ensuring daily updates are completed with 100% accuracy in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
o Contract Compliance: Audit all sales paperwork for clarity and completeness. Track new, renewed, and amended contracts to ensure they meet our Branch Service Level Agreements.
o Commission Support: Partner with the Sales Manager to accurately compile and calculate monthly sales commissions.
o Lead Coordination: Manage the flow of sales leads to ensure rapid response times, providing feedback and recognition to those who generate the opportunities.
* Customer Excellence and Problem Resolution
o Proactive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for field sales consultants, helping them resolve customer queries in real‐time.
o Issue Tracking: Ensure customer issues are communicated to the right stakeholders immediately, including raising and tracking customer in jeopardy tickets in our system.
o Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with both internal departments and external clients through educated feedback and prompt service.
* Administration and Team Synergy
o General Admin: Support the team with tender submissions, customer correspondence, filing, and general reporting.
o Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Foster a positive culture between the Operations, Sales, and Business Support functions to keep business flowing seamlessly.
o Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve paper‐flow and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's performance and culture.
* Compliance and Safety
o Safety, Health, and Environmental Leadership: Monitor Safety, Health, and Environmental practices within the sales team, ensuring monthly compliance tasks are finished on time.
o Policy Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies, including OH&S Human Resources, and Security protocols.
