We're looking for an experienced Finance and Office Administration Manager to bring their expertise and leadership to our team. This is a pivotal role, overseeing finance, office, and HR administration, as well as managing key business assets, helping us continue to thrive as we grow.

What You'll Do
Financial Management
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow with confidence.
* Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, banking and tax compliance.
* Partner with external accountants for year-end reviews.
* Keep our financial processes current and effective using Xero.
Asset & Insurance Management
* Oversee insurances to ensure comprehensive coverage.
* Manage vehicle leases, renewals, and compliance.
* Maintain records of business assets and ensure effective use.
Office & HR Administration
* Keep our office running smoothly and create a welcoming, professional environment.
* Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance.
* Support the COO with administration and ad hoc projects.
Leadership & Collaboration
* Provide financial insights and clear guidance to leadership.
* Collaborate across teams to manage budgets and strengthen performance.
* Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive culture that enables others to do their best work.
What You Bring
* CA or CPA qualification (essential).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management (technology or professional services background ideal).
* Strong knowledge of Australian tax, compliance, and accounting standards.
* Confident working with Xero.
* Experience managing insurances and vehicle leases.
* Organised, adaptable, and skilled at problem-solving.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you build trust and positive relationships with clients and partners.
* Full-time availability, on-site in North Perth.
