Permanent Payroll Specialist role - key to our Payroll evolution
Eligible for 'not for profit' salary packaging - up to $15,900 a year
Opportunity:
As our new Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end Payroll as well as administration duties, using our iChris/ Chris21 Payroll system.
You will focus on processing a fortnightly payroll and providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to RSL LifeCare employees.
You will also be involved in:
- Processing fortnightly payroll and associated activities including salary disbursements.- Leave management.- Processing new starters and terminations.- Maintaining employee records.- Responding to payroll queries.
We need you to have to succeed:
- Clear and demonstrable end-to-end Payroll experience, ideally at least 3 years.- Experience and competence in interpretation of iChris/ Chris21 Payroll system.- Experience in using roster packages such as Riteq and Kronos- Understanding of payroll legislative requirements- Administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines- Demonstrated experience in high level quality and customer focused services.We can offer you:
