Our small, close-knit team is passionate about delivering high-quality treatments and creating a nurturing atmosphere for our clients. We're looking for a talented Spa Therapist or an experienced Massage Therapist eager to grow within the spa industry to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist to work most Saturdays, with the opportunity for additional days if desired. This role is perfect for someone with a warm, healing nature who thrives in a small team environment and is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences. Remedial massage training is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of massage and/or spa treatments to the highest standard, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all clients.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and inviting treatment space.
Collaborate with our small team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques (training opportunities provided for Massage Therapists new to the spa industry).
Be reliable and punctual, contributing to a positive team dynamic. Please only apply if you are looking for a minimum of 12 commitment.
About You
Qualified Spa Therapist or experienced Massage Therapist (minimum Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or equivalent in Spa training).
A warm, friendly, and healing demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, well presented and committed to providing exceptional client care.
Eager to learn and grow within the spa industry (experience in spa treatments is a plus but not essential).
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Available to work most Saturday, with flexibility for additional days as desired. Would suit someone requiring flexibility in hours.
Must possess valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
What We Offer
Flexible Pay Structure: Choose between a competitive hourly rate or a per-treatment commission model but a minimum 1 full day per week is guaranteed with this role.
