About The Team
You'll be joining the Cloud Enablement team, who ensure Canva's cloud environments remain low-risk, compliant with industry-leading best practices, and simple for engineers to use.
Our mission is to make deploying to the cloud seamless, safe, and scalable.
We build and maintain foundational capabilities such as the Compliance Engine, Cloud Account Factory, and rich metadata systems that provide visibility and guardrails for cloud resources.
By doing so, we help engineers focus on delivering impact without getting bogged down by complexity or compliance concerns.
The Cloud Enablement team is part of Engineering Governance, which resides in the Core Infrastructure group whose mission is to reduce the complexity of using the Cloud.
We're responsible for building a platform that enables cloud adoption whilst minimising risk introduced to the business.
Our teams work together, and with other groups, to deliver services, processes and best practices that uplift the posture of Canva's cloud footprint.
We do this by driving operational excellence and building products that abstract the complexities of the cloud away.
