What do you do?
* Oversee the creation, delivery, and optimisation of technical training for the Tax team nationally
* Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant programs
* Produce and manage tax technical thought leadership materials for internal and client use
* Manage the national technical training schedule and L&D budget, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking
* Curate and maintain a central knowledge library for team access to current training resources
* Lead national training projects and provide regular updates on progress and performance
* Undertake occasional interstate travel (up to twice per office per year)
What do you need?
* CA-qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification tax experience
* Background in a Chartered Accounting environment (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred)
* Proven understanding of the Australian taxation regime
* Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Learning & Development within a technical context
* Ability to critically review materials, identify gaps, and align programs with business needs
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
