About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Restoration Technician or Building Damage Assessor to join a leading restoration and insurance repair company servicing Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle.
This role suits someone with experience in restoration, insurance repairs, or property damage assessment who is confident inspecting sites, identifying damage, and supporting restoration and repair works.
Key Responsibilities
Water extraction and structural drying
Building strip-outs, demolition, and site preparation
Moisture mapping and reporting using industry systems
Contents cleaning, packing, and reinstatement
Coordinating with trades and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Ensuring full compliance with safety and industry standards
What You'll Need
Experience in restoration, building damage assessment, or insurance repair environments
IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration (highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to manage multiple sites and timeframes effectively
White Card and current driver's licence
Professional attitude and strong communication skills
