We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about real estate and ready to take the next step in your property management career, we’d love to hear from you.
An outline of the role
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties
- Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted trades and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures
- Handle leasing, rent reviews, arrears, and general property administration
What We’re Looking For
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
- Previous experience in residential property management would be beneficial but not essential
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence using property management software (e.g., PropertyMe or similar)
