Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide technical advice and assistance to customers
* Update and maintain customer database records
* Perform administrative tasks as required
* Handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality
Requirements:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the public sector
* Must have a current National Police Check (within 12 months)
* Must be able to provide at least two professional references
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Basic computer literacy and administrative skills
