The head office is based in North Sydney.About the RoleVida Glow is seeking a Brand Copywriter to be the voice of the brand, translating our purpose into words that connect, educate, and inspire. From product packaging and digital campaigns to social content and sales copy, your words will shape how we show up across every touchpoint.You’ll partner closely with our Creative, NPD, Social, and Marketing teams to bring our brand, products, and community to life through high-performing, on-brand copy that’s as engaging and effectiveKey ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Brand VoiceWrite original, engaging copy across all consumer and trade channels—including website, packaging, emails, social, video, digital ads, and blogs.Craft persuasive, benefit-led product copy that brings new innovations to life while capturing key USPs and technical details.Collaborate on storytelling for brand campaigns, product launches, social content, and editorial initiatives.Quality & ComplianceProof and edit copy to ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and brand voice.Partner with internal teams to ensure all copy meets legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards, especially for health and supplement claims.Strategy & IdeationContribute to content strategy, brainstorm campaign concepts, and support broader editorial planning.Lead ideation and execution of long-form content and storytelling initiatives across key consumer personas.Develop and refine scripts for brand, social, and internal videos—supporting end-to-end message development.What You’ll BringMust-Haves5+ years’ experience in a copywriting role, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.A relevant qualification in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.Exceptional writing and editing skills with an obsessive attention to detail.Experience writing across digital channels, including EDMs, SEO content, landing pages, sales pages, blogs, and social media.Ability to adopt and maintain a distinctive brand voice across multiple platforms.Proven experience writing product copy, including naming, packaging, and web PDPs.A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness space.A love for storytelling, and a natural ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling copy.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A can-do attitude and a strong team playerNice to HaveExperience writing within the health or nutrition category, with an understanding of regulatory standards (e.g. FSANZ, TGA).Klavio experienceWhat Success Looks LikeYou’ll be known as the guardian of our brand voice.
