ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Executive Assistant role is pivotal in creating order, driving efficiency, and enabling the CEO and leadership team to perform at their best. Positioned at the centre of a collaborative team, the role provides direct support to the CEO of StorHub Australia while maintaining strong alignment with our Group Head Office and key stakeholders.

The Executive Assistant ensures the smooth running of the CEO's office, managing calendar and travel requirements, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating priorities across functions, and facilitating communication between local and international teams. Acting as a central point of coordination, the role helps ensure alignment and clarity across the business.

Flexibility and adaptability are essential to the role. It supports the CEO and the wider business by delivering high-quality reporting and executive presentations, assisting with cross-functional projects, and contributing to a thriving team culture that reflects StorHub's values.

As StorHub continues its growth along Australia's eastern seaboard, the Executive Assistant's impact extends beyond the CEO's office. The role actively supports the leadership team with HR administration, event management, cross-functional collaboration, and the delivery of CEO's key initiatives to ensure the entire team is supported, aligned, and empowered to achieve collective success.

Responsibilities

* Manage and optimise the CEO's inbox and calendar, ensuring effective prioritisation of his communications, meetings, travel, and commitments.
* Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and briefing materials for the CEO.
* Prepare high-quality reports, and executive presentations for local and group stakeholders.
* Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO's office with professionalism.
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team across multiple business functions.
* Work closely with theSingapore Head Officeto ensure CEO and stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and timely coordination.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-functioning workplace environment.
* Assist with HR-related duties including onboarding, staff records, and compliance support.
* Provide operational assistance for new site launches, group visits, and key business initiatives.

* Plan and manage events with group, stakeholders, team-building activities, conferences, and investor or leadership visits.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to support communications, branding initiatives, and campaigns.
* Drive cultural initiatives, helping to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

* 3–5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
* Exceptional reporting and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience preparing board packs, executive briefs, and professional presentations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with project management, or design advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple business functions.
* Experience in event management and coordination of leadership or stakeholder events.
* Prior exposure to HR coordination, office management, or marketing support is highly desirable.
* Understanding of property, real estate, or self-storage industries is a plus.
