Lead Clinical Expert - Mental Health Services
This role focuses on the quality of EAP services and providing support nationally to consultants.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a national team of consultants to drive clinical quality and adherence to governance practices.
* Supporting high performance through leadership principles of self-efficacy, accountability, care, and compassion.
* Managing group supervision to ensure wellbeing, sustainability, and high performance.
* Responding to high-risk clinical presentations, providing clear decision making around mandatory reporting and complex clinical matters.
* Monitoring NPS and conversion scores, investigating complaints, and responding to privacy requests.
* Supporting consultants to achieve productivity, performance objectives, and KPIs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor with at least seven years' experience within a supervisory/operational role within the EAP/organisational wellbeing industry.
* Proven people management experience, with the ability to provide professional guidance to others in both technical and coach/mentoring settings.
* Ability to build exemplary internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
* Strong focus on continuous improvement and commitment to monitoring quality of work undertaken.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
* Ability to manage own time, priorities, and workload.
