They have recently secured a $10M high home build on the North Shore which the successful hire will join from inception. The owner comes from a top tier background and prides his business on delivering one of projects of the highest quality for his clients as a result they are in demand to undertake work. As a business they don't look to overcommit on the work they undertake and enjoy a positive culture where they work with clients and sub-contractors for mutual benefit along with this, they offer employees flexibility and a good work life balance. About the role: Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes on a high end project Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date Your Background: Experience with site managing high end apartments or homes. 5 years as a site manager/foreman Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality Positive attitude with the right temperament Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme You will Receive: - Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline Outstanding culture multiple social events yearly Work for a director who genuinely cares for his staff Well staffed site including support from a PM, CA and foreman The ability to work on projects you will be proud to deliver To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
