Overview
We have an opportunity for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team in City Beach.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing and personal care to residents, including conducting assessments and offering professional advice.
Supervise and support Care Support Workers to ensure care plans are followed accurately.
Assist with the fitting of aids and appliances.
Monitor and administer prescribed medications.
Maintain thorough documentation and promptly report any changes in resident status to the Manager.
Conduct regular reviews and observations of residents as needed.
Qualifications
A genuine passion to make a difference coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Current Australian "C" Class Driver's Licence with no restrictions.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
AHPRA registered.
Nice to Have
Experience in a similar role.
A positive attitude (makes a huge difference).
Motivated and passionate to achieve deliverable outcomes for the team.
