Responsibilities
* Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth preparation and service of dishes to brand and menu standards
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently to ensure quality and consistency
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards
* Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing waste
* Contribute ideas for menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
* Take ownership of assigned sections, ensuring readiness for service
