What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience operating 12–30 tonne excavators
* Final trim capability — precision and attention to detail
* Hands-on experience with GPS machine guidance/control
* Respect for equipment — our fleet is new and well-maintained, and we are looking for operators who take pride in keeping their machines well-maintained
* Strong work ethic — reliable, efficient, and ready to contribute
