Program Coordinator - Parenting Support
The Royal Flying Doctor Service is seeking a passionate individual to support the delivery of a parenting program in Longreach and surrounding shires. This non-clinical role will work with parents and caregivers to promote engagement and address mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate referrals, schedules, and communication with stakeholders and referring agencies
* Plan sessions, prepare resources, and deliver take-home materials
* Build culturally safe relationships with parents and caregivers
* Meet KPIs and submit reports consistent with contract requirements
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, engagement, and program feedback
* Promote the program through local networks and events
