About the Role Reporting to the National Commercial and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the timely and cost-effective supply of product packaging to supporting seasonal demand and production schedules. This role will work closely with the operations; logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure product is in place and available to meet all production sites to fill forecasted and stock seasonal demand orders. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory levels and procurement of all required product labels and 110L drums for seasonal production. Ensure all materials are on-site and ready ahead of production start dates. Liaise with suppliers to secure best pricing, delivery, and quality, and resolve any supply or quality issues. Maintain accurate records in SAP (S4 Hana) and optimise ERP system use for inventory and supply chain performance. Work closely with operations, logistics, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure compliance and up-to-date product information. Prepare regular stock and obsolescence reports; support monthly reconciliations and biannual stocktakes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Support company improvement projects and other ad hoc tasks as required. About You Diploma or degree in a business-related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing or supply planning, ideally in the raw material production or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain concepts, and experience with imports/3PL. Proficiency in SAP (S4 Hana highly desired), Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently. Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
