The role of a Lead Coach involves managing the daily operations of a training site, teaching and mentoring students in small groups, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

As a Lead Coach, you will be responsible for promoting and recruiting suitable students, supporting and training Coaches, and developing creative and technical aspects of program delivery.

You will also conduct learner enrolment interviews, match learners with Coaches, and input data into aXcelerate as required.

Furthermore, you will perform regular audits on coach files, provide feedback, meet enrolment targets monthly, and maintain accurate training and assessment records.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and high organizational skills with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience in vocational education and training, knowledge of AQTF and NVR Standards, and ability to develop, plan, and manage multiple projects.

Additional requirements include a current driver's license, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check in relevant states.
