The Role – Operations Planner (Logistics)
This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same.
You Will
* Develop and execute operational plans that maximise terminal performance and efficiency
* Play a critical role across rail, yard and berth planning, ensuring end-to-end integration
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated operational and tactical plans
* Ensure seamless shift handovers and transitions to maintain continuity of operations
* Monitor stock levels, anticipate constraints and respond decisively to changing operational conditions
* Contribute directly to the ongoing reliability, safety and effectiveness of terminal operations

Skills And Experience

* Experience in integrated planning within bulk logistics or transport environments is highly regarded, but not essential
* Ability to work a lifestyle roster: 4 on / 5 off / 5 on / 4 off / 5 on / 5 off
