Breight Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our Projects from our Rivervale office.
In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of critical electrical projects that support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery — Manage cost, schedule, scope, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes.
Support tender and bid development — Contribute to methodologies, tender documentation, and review processes.
Drive estimating and cost planning — Assist with pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and overall cost management.
Coordinate project start-up activities — Oversee mobilisation, readiness, and early-stage project planning.
Mentor and guide your team — Provide strong leadership, support, and development to a team of skilled professionals.
About You
Proven experience delivering electrical projects in complex environments, with strong commercial and contractual understanding.
Ability to balance operational oversight, ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets are met.
Simile project management experience, capable of guiding and supporting site supervision teams through critical project phases.
Strong risk management skills across technical, commercial, and operational areas.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, able to influence and build trust at all levels.
Solid commercial acumen, including tendering, contract negotiation, and maintaining profitability.
