As the Fashion Store Manager you will be a brand ambassador in this elegant boutique in Manuka, be confident providing exceptional client experiences & be able to lead your team of stylists to do the same. You will drive the team to build genuine customer connections, exceed KPI targets as well as foster their growth both personally & professionally.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about sensational Australian fabrics and designs, and your career history will demonstrate confidence working in a premium or luxury environment.
What you will bring..:
* Previous experience in luxury or premium womens fashion ESSENTIAL
* Strong communication skills to lead, coach & influence your team
* Excellent store & personal presentation standards
* Incredible client relations and styling skills
* The ability to drive a positive culture & team environment
* Strong understanding of KPI's and their impact on the business
* Proven history of being able to exceed store budgets and KPI's
* Ability to manage your inventory, reports and wage
