This is a unique role for a Residential Property Manager to start a career as an Onsite Property Manager or a Property Manager wanting to work for an Australian owned and Australian based company. Our client own the management rights to this complex and 8 others so progression and job security is a given!
Being onsite in a small complex you will be responsible for:
* Management of a clean and tidy portfolio all in the 1 spot
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
* Maintenance
The ideal Property Manager:
* Previous Property Manager experience (essential)
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Be a motivated self-starter
* Team player
