Leading Retail Director
The Leading Retail Director will drive and manage a team of Regional Managers/Area Sales Managers, focusing on sales strategy, team performance, and channel development.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and implement zonal-level B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Forecast sales volumes, analyze trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
* Lead and manage a team of high-performing Regional Managers/Area Sales Managers.
* Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide regular coaching and support.
Channel Development & Partner Management:
* Identify, onboard, and nurture new B2B partners and channel associates.
* Maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure their consistent performance and satisfaction.
Business Growth & Target Achievement:
* Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partner engagement and channel expansion.
* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.
Required Skills & Attributes:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, broking, or fintech domain.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Qualifications:
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
* 15 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
